Fall season is not only our busiest part of the year it is our favorite. There are so many things to do outside during the fall time from pumpkin patches, to apple picking to raking leaves. Here are a few things that we have enjoyed this Fall.
Chris was able to go with Lucas' toddler class to the Pumpkin patch on a school field trip and had a great time.

Fall also brings us OSU football which in turn brings us lots of visitors, which we LOVE!
On October 10th we had friends Jenn and Matt in from Indianapolis and Lisa in from Florida to attend the OSU vs Wisconsin game (which we won by the way!). Lucas and I stayed home this game and played while the others enjoyed the festivities of all that is The Ohio State University football game day. On Sunday we took Lisa to her 1st ever real pumpkin patch...I am certain that Lisa had just as much fun as Lucas! Here are a few pictures of that trip to the Circle S Farms Pumpkin Patch.

On Saturday morning we took a nature walk and collected acorns while our visitors exercised. I just thought this was a cool picture!
On October 16th we headed to my cousin Andrew's wedding in Rockford Illinois. It was our first attempt at a road trip with Lucas and it was a great success. Lucas did great on the 8 hour ride and we have no fears about trying another road trip at some point (we do however have to thank the inventor of portable DVD players!). The wedding was lovely and we wish Andrew and Wendy all the best. Lucas proved to the rest of the family what a dancing king he was as he was all over the dance floor. It only lasted a short while before he crashed but he had a great time. We also got to enjoy the great pool area and time with family. Here are some pictures of our weekend.

Because we all drove there my mom was able to send some of my things from our basement that we have been trying to get to our house. My first priority was my toy box which Uncle Larry made for me when I was born. Here is Larry, Lucas and I with my toy box which is proudly displayed in our living room full of Lucas toys!

Wow some really good pictures from the wedding. A great pic of you and your dad that was wonderful. The one with Uncle Mart and him was a good one also. Lots of fun memories that day. You are right Nana would be very proud... PLUS there were 19 missing in that picture. I think Larry said there were 47 in there. Unbelievable and more on the way..... She is smiling down on all of us I am sure of that. Love you all
